“Neelima” – the name represents “Blue Sky” and for “Neelima Builders” true to its name, sky is the limit….. It all began with a small dream- a dream so cherished and dear to all- a dream of a house which, we all know do not simply come out of a clear blue sky. We at “Neelima Builders” took the task of venturing into the dreams of the people of Jagdalpur, full of myriad desires and aspirations and thereupon took the plunge into weaving their dreams into exquisite architectural beauties, especially at a time when there were som eplayers in the field, claming the high ground.

In such endeavours, we had launched our first project- “Neelima Enclaves” on 15th day of September 2007, a settlement of 53 well developed and contoured plots in Dharampura, with planned roads, garden, drain lines and totally secured from all sides by boundary wall. As a maiden project, we had not initially plnned to build houses, but with the kind of response we received from our patrons by way of immediate sale of all the plots, we ere encouraged to move a step further and embark upon the activity of providing quality housing solutions.

Consequently therefore, on the 19th day of June 2009, we launched our second project “Neelima Navaratna”, another settlement of 9 aesthetically designed independent Duplex Houses, all worthy enough to be classified as “Navaratna”, proudly owned by although the same is in the final stages of construction.
